Telugu Association of Southern California (TASC) was formed in the late 70's to Preserve and Promote Indian Telugu Culture. TASC is an organization of people of Telugu origin residing in Southern California.
TAS Goal is to preserve and propagate the Telugu cultural heritage and maintain the identity of people of Telugu origin and to provide a forum for Telugu literary, cultural, educational, social, and charitable interactions among its members. Our main concern is tomorrow's children of Telugu Origin, we want to do everything we can to help these children learn and benefit from the rich Telugu Heritage and culture

.TASC in one of the largest Southern California Indo-American organizations with over 1,000 members. TASC publishes quarterly newsletter and is mailed to all paid members and is also posted on the TASC website. NTASC Membership is Annual based on the calendar Year. Membership is broken into these categories:

TASC executive committee Board members conduct day-today operations of TASC by directing the Committee Chairs and Members. TASC also consists of Advisory Committee and Trust Fund committee. Their functions are in line with their title.
